Masaharu Morimoto Iron Chef and proprietor of Morimoto Restaurants, Saipin Chutima of Lotus of Siam, Luciano Pellegrini, Francois Payard and other start chefs will prepare a menu to die for on Saturday, September 28 at the Mirage.
